We recently completed this sales presentation as part of a bid for a large project in Dallas. Once we were announced as a finalist, the next step was to provide mock-ups of each office, which included 2 private offices and an administrative station. These images are of the installed mock-ups, actual install photos will be posted this fall. All offices will incorporate sit-to-stand work surfaces and will feature White Birch Linea veneer and painted MDF components with metal and glass accents. In typical CCN construction, the casegoods will be built as completed units with mitered corners for a clean, seamless and enclosed hardware on the adjustable height units.
Details of the project include:
- 12 companies, narrowed down to CCN and a competitor out of Atlanta, GA
- 228 offices spread over 4 floors
- Gensler spec’d project out of Dallas, TX
- Sit/stand surfaces were a crucial implementation
- All offices included back painted glass for marker board use
- Build construction utilized mitered corners
